"It went great! They were very quick to respond and get me on the schedule. Before the repair, they showed care and concern for my home by going above and beyond in preventative work. At no cost, he put a tarp over my roof to prevent leaking when a storm was coming. He also was very communicative with my insurance company to ensure the job was done in full and correctly. I would highly recommend him."

I am a licensed general contractor who specializes in: Construction of custom built decks, porches, pergolas, shades, storage sheds, and flat roof coatings. I also undertake home repairs, remodels, additions, and new construction (as long as it's within my capacities and standards. I'm very careful with bigger jobs). I've been in construction since 2004 performing general residential and commercial construction work. I take pride in my work big and small. I work with a small, trusted crew. We're not the fast and the furious but don't take forever either. We take enough time to finish good work within the time allotted for the job. I don't like coming back for petty warranty work so we do it right from the get go. I take satisfaction in happy customers and life long clients.

"Punctual, reliable, put a new roof on, cleaned up well. Fixed the ceilings where water had come through, No more leaks. Will inspect annually. We liked the description of the materials to be used. The cost was better than or within the costs for similar roofs in Las Cruces"

"I spoke with Francis the owner to determine the best roofing system that would meet my needs.  I have chemical sensitivities and I wanted the least toxic product that would satisfy my needs for a waterproof roof.  Francis explained all of the options to me and suggested that Gaco had some products that I would be comfortable with.  He explained exactly how the products would be applied and provided MSDS sheets on all of the products.  All of the products used were very benign...I was thrilled!
The workman who had to clean my old roof and apply the new product were on time, professional, and competent.  One of the workmen provided me with photos of the completed work.  They did a thorough job of cleaning up the worksite.
I have some stucco work that needs to be done this Spring, and SF Stucco & Roofing will get the work!

"I spoke with Marcos about needing a roof after having some wind damage. He did an inspection along with the roofer that the insurance company sent out to inspect. I had T lock roof tiles and as missing a couple. Since those aren't made anymore I needed a new roof and it was also 12 years old so it was time for a replacement.

Marcos had his team out there within a week or so from the time I got the initial check from the insurance company. He asked what color shingles I wanted and then his men went to work.  He mentioned the housing around the swamp cooler looked bad and would need replacing and told me what it would cost and I gave him the go ahead.

Today is Tuesday and they finished a couple hours ago. My roof looks nice and have already had compliments from the neighbors and listened to the problems they had with their roofs. His team cleaned up everything and swept up everything and didn't leave a mess behind. I have a 5 year warranty and am a very happy customer. If you are looking for someone that will listen to what you want and deliver on their word then look no further.

Also his website (which isn't finished yet) has a very good mission and vision statement which he upholds.

"The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."
