Felt the crew was very focused and did a nice job, one hot August day. Couple of months later the exterior sealant had separated in the summer heat. When found, I called the office and they had the crew back out the next day and they redid the seal. Am thinking that this seal will have the fall to cure before again exposed to the intense heat of summer on that side of the house. There has been not a problem with the window WW did the year before on a cooler side of the house. Really pleased they mean what they say and will address any problem, should there ever be one!!! Thanks WW and awesome crew!!!

So far, terrible. First, a warning: I would recommend that a customer NOT agree to 50% up front money. They took a LOT of money, then didn't show up for 11 weeks. And communicating to find out about the delay was frustrating. They are over a month late (past their NLT date) finishing. They left metal shavings and trash in the yard from their first work. Their communications are horrid - we were not kept aware of the long-delayed schedule. Phone calls and emails were shuffled off, or not returned. They still need to install the two doors we have been waiting for and we can't seem to get a good date for when they will show up. They left the upstairs windows unfinished. They left off important pieces of hardware - for example screens blew out of the windows the first time the wind came up. The downstairs windows look nice and were finished, but that's it for positivity.

The professional crew came in, demolished the work in progress and began anew, repairing and installing correctly and professionally. The final outcome is demonstrative of work well done with care and pride. Mr. Chrzanowski and his crew are very professional, fully communicative, friendly and polite. The workmen were always punctual, kept working throughout the day, took care to clean up and work magic with their craft. Engel Coatings' team did an excellent job. They patched several bad spots of the stucco walls and blended the patches into the existing stucco. The paint job is perfect and the house looks brand new. The team was very professional and made sure gates were locked when they went on break or finished for the day so we could let the dogs out without worry. For stucco repair and painting, I only call Engel Coatings.

Alex Ramirez gave us first rate service leading us through the process, describing the various types of roofs, and was very patient and professional in answering all our questions. Alex is very knowledgable and friendly. He was easy to reach, made all appointments, and kept us informed every step of the way. His office staff was also easy to reach and very helpful. The foreman and roofing team that did the actual work showed up on time each day and did a great job tearing off the old roof and disposing of it. The job-site was left clean and Alex personally came over to make sure everything was to our liking. The new roof looks so great that several neighbors came over to ask about the work that was done. We are very happy that we selected Smith & Ramirez for this job. Highly recommend!
