My main area of concern had been a slow dripping from the ceiling area near the fireplace noticed after the recent snow falls. Kevin McPartlon?s many years of experience in roofing was what was needed--he fixed the several problem areas I had pointed out, as well as some other problem areas that needed attention. He provided an overall l assessment of the roof?s condition (which with my roof was very positive) and made some legitimate suggestions for future improvement. He showed me photos he had taken of the areas he had fixed, a canales , and an old TV mount. ( His trained eye found an old TV mount, flush to the roof, that would lead to a leak if not taken care of.) I look forward to having him back for for future work. "

"The furnace took 4 days to get approved( not counting a Sunday) the others were quick but the water heater had to be ordered so without hot water for a week. One ceiling fan was easy but within a year their policy changed and They would not install the one I purchased and had to get a new one approved and then ordered online and took several weeks to get straightened out. Not sure who was at fault, AHS, installer or scheduling with renter. Fee is usually $75 per visit"
