He was more knowledgeable about what needed to be done and pointed out various aspects of not only what was needed but why. The roof is 25 years old and two of the contractors who looked at it just wanted to put silicone on top of a leaking roof. The crews that Mr. Papez subcontracts with for the work are hard workers who show up early and do professional work. All concerns were addressed in a timely fashion and, icing on the cake, Mr. Papez also had the best price. 134 verifiable reviews to date
