"David Brainard (Brainard's Greenscapes) designed our back yard, which was nothing but sand and restored the front yard, which needed a makeover. The job involved leveling the sand, placing two colors of rock in various areas, revamping the irrigation with river rock, designing a flagstone sidewalk with circular patio, and designed two grass areas out of faux grass with steel edging around the grass sections. He also installed a drip irrigation system including a controller in the garage. David is very responsive, courteous, timely and full of ideas. He also is extremely knowledgeable about plants. He answers the phone immediately and follows up promptly. If you have a problem after the job is finished, David responds just as promptly as he did when the job began. He organized his crew (at times up to seven), and they, too, were very polite and courteous. They worked all day in the hot sun for six days. His workers were professional and did an outstanding job. The landscape looks beautiful. We are extremely pleased with the yard and would hire David Brainard again. We highly recommend him if your yard has any type of landscaping needs. Shirley and Duane"

"This company did a good job of putting concrete on my yard"

"Responded quickly to my project request, explained service he would provide and completed the work in a very timely manner. I was very impressed with Richard's professionalism! I will use his services again. I rated the work quality a 3.5 because I noticed the grass was not completely trimmed around the fence line, everything else was well done!"

"I think they treated the wrong lawn. The note they sent me via text message referenced trees and shrubs in my yard, I have none. They also did not leave a yard marker showing they had been there. Otherwise, this would have been a 5 star review."
