"Excellent. Clean Cut, Judd & Josh & their crew were prompt, courteous & affordable. They were conscientious in following my instructions to install new lines, branches, feed lines & emitters while not disrupting the landscape too much. They did as I asked, lines were placed along the periphery front & back, minimal disruption to existing landscaping & then proceeded to add the requested stone on the side & back, followed by restoring the front, side & back to their original condition. Clean Cut completed the job in 1.5 days. The cost was quite reasonable. They provided my with a full 1year warranty on materials & workmanship. I am very pleased the job they did upon completion. I have have used Clean Cut before for extensive landscape improvement, seasonal trimming of plants & shrubs, & prior drip system repair as needed. "HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!! They were very responsive throughout the entire project and their prices were the most reasonable of everyone else who gave me quotes. All of their work is high quality. For my front yard, they had to pull out existing grass and trees and then install new trees, sod, extend my rock wall, build a planter, create a stamped concrete walkway going to the side gate and create stamped concrete steps going up to the front door. They also installed stamped concrete and trees around the edge of the sidewalk, and a border around the grass. They installed a sprinkler and drip hose system. This was a lot of work and they completed the project within 2 weeks! The yard looks amazing and I am so happy with everything."

"David Brainard (Brainard's Greenscapes) designed our back yard, which was nothing but sand and restored the front yard, which needed a makeover. The job involved leveling the sand, placing two colors of rock in various areas, revamping the irrigation with river rock, designing a flagstone sidewalk with circular patio, and designed two grass areas out of faux grass with steel edging around the grass sections. He also installed a drip irrigation system including a controller in the garage. David is very responsive, courteous, timely and full of ideas. He also is extremely knowledgeable about plants. He answers the phone immediately and follows up promptly. If you have a problem after the job is finished, David responds just as promptly as he did when the job began. He organized his crew (at times up to seven), and they, too, were very polite and courteous. They worked all day in the hot sun for six days. His workers were professional and did an outstanding job. The landscape looks beautiful. We are extremely pleased with the yard and would hire David Brainard again. We highly recommend him if your yard has any type of landscaping needs. Shirley and Duane"
