I needed a completely new roof. The work that was completed was done in a timely manner. My roof came out perfect with updated materials that will last longer.

We had major stucco damage to an exterior wall that needed to be rebuilt and totally restuccoed, along with other stucco cracks and repairs on the exterior walls and parapets of our house. Double R came in and made the house look like new, repairing damaged window casings and drywall inside, as well that had been affected by the water damage. Then we had the entire house repainted. Each day the crew showed up on time, worked dilligently and professionally, and cleaned up meticulously. Everyone in the company that we dealt with was amazing. It was a huge investment for us and they were understanding of our concerns and always willing to answer questions. They were kind to us and our beloved pet. At the end of the job, Jaime walked through with his guys to point out minor details he wanted completed before turning it over to us. Then he did a final walk-through with us. Jaime had said he not only wanted to be our contractor on this project, but our contractor for life. And he has us sold. Our house looks better than ever and we cannot say enough about our experience with Jaime and the Double R Family!

Absolutely superb -- These are the people I will use in the future for my home needs. The crew was friendly - showed up on time - treated my property with dignity and respect. They explained everything to my satisfaction. On a scale of 1 to 10 -- 10 being the best they are a 15+. The price was fair and the quality of the work was the best I've had since living here in Las Cruces.. Great job from the person who answered the initial phone call to the clean up.

Double R is AMAZING!!! The quality of the work performed was awesome. I didn't recognize my new parapets after the work was completed because they are brand new now. What started as stucco repair and repaint, led to hiring them to redo the roof, and then to remodeling the casita shower. Throughout all three projects, Jaime, Luis and crew meticulously explained each and every step, ensuring we knew what was being done and answering all of our questions. Jaime and Luis would come by or call every day to check on the progress of the projects and to discuss the schedule for the next couple of days. We are extremely happy with the work they performed and would highly recommend them.

Excellent, no rating would be high enough which could be given that exemplifies the professionalism in the personal work ethics shown. The construction work, excellent to say the least. Hire them again, without hesitation.

I strongly recommend NOT hiring Double R Construction(DRC) due to my experience. DRC was hired to complete a fire restoration/gut job/remodel of a single unit in a triplex. Though their website touts being 'communication focused' and providing 'accurate quotes', I received neither. DRC managed to create roughly a 60% overage(TENS of thousands of dollars) from the original contract, which as you can imagine created several hardships for myself. DRC over promised and under delivered to the point that I requested they only communicate via email. I could not trust anything they said as well as I needed to constantly refer them back to previous emails when disputes arose. After giving DRC plenty of opportunities and having my second request to go to mediation(to help get accurate updates and pricing) go unanswered, I was forced to seek assistance from an attorney to get this resolved. While this review will surely elicit a response from the company, I'd urge anyone looking to work with DRC to request to review the years worth of emails(all, not just their handpicked ones) on this project to understand why I've taken the time to complete a review. Hopefully this will help you come to the conclusion on whether you want to work with a company like this and save you from the nightmare and financial loss I experienced.

Jaime was incredibly responsive to my request. A proposal and quote was provided the day after I called and the work was completed promptly after that. I enjoyed the professionalism executed by his team. Quick and clear communication and billing. Am having them quote my next project already.
