He is replacing the second cooler because is was not repairable (again showed pictures). He quoted reasonable prices for the options we have. We will have a second new cooler on Monday. I already have plans to schedule him to return for some other HVAC and venting maintenance and cleaning."

Brandon took time out to explain and advise us regarding bad experience we had with a different AC contractor (YEARS after we hired Total Air for other installations), the new AC guy was hired for us through the general contractor doing work for our home. Lesson learned: hire your own contractors, don't go with who a general contractor uses. That has been a nightmare for us, hopefully over soon."
