"From the initial call to have someone give me an estimate to replace my fence, All State Fence seemed very professional and friendly. Their employees are very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions I had. The crew that actually built the fence arrived when they said they would and worked to complete the job in a very timely manner. The fence is beautiful and well constructed, I would highly recommend All State Fence to anyone and will use them for all of my future fencing needs!"
"We decided to just change out the gates. I will hire them when my parents are ready to do the work. I was very impressed by Paul who did the estimate and explained a few things. Great communication and service with Premier Fence! Thank you"
"D&N fencing did such a great job!! Noah and Daisy were so nice. We did some looking around before we decided on D&N fencing but what made us choose them was not only the lower price from their competitors that we got an estimate from. It was their kindness and they wasted no time getting our fence done just the way we asked."
"These guy's are busy, but with that being said David was fast getting me the estimate. It took two weeks to start the job, but I was told that right up front, and they started, and finished just as promised. I had no issues with this company, and should I need fencing again I will give them a call."
"I called to find out what it would cost to replace my back fence. They showed up a day later and provided a proposal. The proposal included the cost of additional options listed at the bottom. I liked this because I didn't get the sales upsell routine. They provided the additional options and I had the opportunity to choose larger horizontal rails without the pressure. They were able to schedule me within a couple of weeks. They told me what week it would be and said I would get a call form them the day before they come out. I told them I had to get a call prior, because I have dogs and I didn't want to keep them in the house all week while waiting for them. I also wanted to supervise the installation. I received a call when they arrived at my house and realized they couldn't tear down the fence with the dogs in the back yard. I told them I was at work and they were supposed to let me know prior to showing up. They had to wait for me to get home. They tore down the old fence, dug the holes, and sunk the posts in approximately 2-3 hours and then they left. They came back the next day to build the fence. All in all, they did a good job. I only had a couple of complaints which they did make good on, eventually. They put one defective board up, which should've never been installed and they took a long time to pick up the old fence boards. I made sure they did not receive payment until they totally completed the job. I had to call them several times to get them to replace the bad board, but when they came out the guy said he wanted to replace a couple of other boards he felt were not good quality. It took them even longer to take the old fence off. I believe they have some internal communication problems, but they always provided good customer service over the phone. I have received compliments on my fence, so I know they did a good job. They provided the cheapest quote and it was worth it. I just had to be persistent. "

During fence installation in Hobbs, professionals focus on accurately identifying property boundaries to avoid disputes and ensure compliance. They assess soil conditions, especially the caliche layer, to determine the best post installation methods. Utility locations are carefully marked to prevent damage, and drainage patterns are reviewed to avoid future water issues. Considering Hobbs’ frequent high winds, wind exposure is also evaluated to select durable fencing materials and bracing.
Helpful?
Signs of quality fence installation in Hobbs include posts set deep enough to penetrate the caliche layer, sturdy bracing at corners and gates, and the use of weather-resistant materials like galvanized or powder-coated steel. Homeowners should look for clear documentation of utility checks, adherence to local fence height and setback codes, and heavy-duty gate hardware designed to withstand Hobbs’ strong winds for lasting performance.
Helpful?
In Hobbs, fencing is often designed with modular or removable panels, making it easier for homeowners to expand or modify their fence as property needs change. Using standardized materials available locally allows for seamless repairs or additions. Keeping detailed records of post locations and clearances helps ensure future changes are straightforward, while expandable corner systems make adapting to new access points or expansions much simpler.
Helpful?
Fencing projects in Hobbs can become complex due to the presence of caliche hardpan, which requires specialized digging equipment and techniques. Oil and gas infrastructure or mineral rights on a property may demand extra documentation and coordination. Irregular lot shapes, proximity to industrial sites, and persistent high winds require careful planning, robust fence materials, and custom solutions to ensure long-lasting, secure installations.
Helpful?
Professionals in Hobbs establish property boundaries by reviewing land surveys, examining property records, and consulting with neighbors to confirm lines. They use utility location services to mark underground lines before digging. Checking municipal permit requirements and referencing historical property layouts helps ensure the new fence aligns with legal boundaries and meets local codes, preventing future disputes or the need for costly adjustments.
