The estimator came and was 5 minutes early and he had an estimate to me late that afternoon. We scheduled a start date and they arrived with a full crew and completed the job in 3 days. They cleaned up all their trash and mess and did everything the estimate had listed. The crew leader and his team were very professional. They were respectful of the neighbors and the job went better than i had expected. This is a much better job than that of some of the do all contractors around. They specialize in fence and they do it well.

My experience was very easy going with Allstate. I called in looking for a new fence to built. They sent a guy out to do an estimate for me. I wasn't able to attend the estimate due to my hectic work schedule but 2 days later they had me a proposal. I liked the pricing and how quick and painless everything went so we decided to have it built. The crew came on a Monday to tear down my old fence and set new posts. They then returned on Wednesday to finish building it. They moved quickly and got it all done on Wednesday. The metal frame gates are terrific. There's not a way for them to sag and break like my old gates which is a big deal. Allstate sent some other guys out on Thursday to pick up my used fence and that was the end. I couldn't be more satisfied with how everything went.

The office worked with me on scheduling the best time for the work to be done on my fencing. The crew arrived on time, just as they told me they would (something unfamiliar in the construction world). They worked timely and efficiently and were extremely friendly and gracious. The whole project turned out amazing. Board on Board fences are the way to go! Here I am several months later with a fence that is still looking and working awesome! I would recommend All-State Fence & Supply to anyone whether they need an installation or want to do the work themselves!

From the initial call to have someone give me an estimate to replace my fence, All State Fence seemed very professional and friendly. Their employees are very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions I had. The crew that actually built the fence arrived when they said they would and worked to complete the job in a very timely manner. The fence is beautiful and well constructed, I would highly recommend All State Fence to anyone and will use them for all of my future fencing needs!

All-State Fence did wonderful job on our fence. We had some issues with our home builder when it was time to build the fence, and All-State was more than willing to accommodate our needs. We also decided to install a dog run on the side of the house in the middle of the job, and they made it happen. They were extremely easy to deal with us even though we were kind of complicated. We will definitely use them in the future for any and all fence needs.

Their crew leader, Mark, informed me when he was going to work on my property. He completed the job within the time frame I was told. The fence looked great when he was finished. I opted for the 7' board on board fence with a concrete curb. The lumber they used was very high quality and the curb looked great.

The All-State staff is awesome.  I never had to worry about getting an answering machine or voice mail when I called them.  Their office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.  Their fence crews are always on time.  The fence crew members were very friendly and clean cut.  I would highly recommend All-State to anyone that needs a fence.

I got my estimate and called and said yes.  I was called and told when the work would be done.  I have pets and I would have to contain them for the period.  I was told Monday  to start and finish on Wednesday.  Thursday was July 4th so I thought I could let my pets back into the yard by then.  They started Monday about 5 pm and finished on Friday.  I could live with that.  All the trash and old fence product was put on my neighbors yard.  I have called and talked to local people and the boss in Lubbock.  Part of the trash of picked up a week later.  This weekend I went out to pick up their water bottles, screws and rocks left in the alley.  To my surprise they had moved part of the trash of another neighbors property. Needless to say he is not happy.  I have had this problem for 2 weeks now.  Both neighbors are very unhappy and so am I.  I will never use this company again.
