On 10/8/15 Daniel installed the reducers, angle stops, and supply lines in the 3 bathrooms. We were charged $851.26, but Daniel did not install the reducers, angle stops, and supply lines in the utility room. Isaac from 1-Call quoted about $750 to install reducers, angle stops, and supply lines under the sinks in 3 bathrooms and 1 utility room. I requested Isaac, but at the last minute he was unavailable, and Daniel came. My husband was present when Daniel arrived. Daniel installed the reducers, angle stops, and supply lines in only the bathrooms. He did not install reducers, angle stops, and supply lines in the utility room. Daniel also damaged a wall and the grouting around a sink. He did not restore the fixtures to their original position.

This was an emergency repair. Plumber showed up quickly and repaired the main water line which had broken at the curb meter. Sand had gotten in the pipe because of flooding at the meter box. The plumber was knowledgeable about clearing the sand prior to turning on faucets in the house.
