"My experience from the very beginning with Sally, who booked my appointment for the next day was funny, professional and courteous. My A/C unit stopped cooling. After getting a quote from a "company" that I've used for many years, something told me to get a second opinion. Not only did Casey fix the problem, he couldn't confirm the "company's" findings - refrigerant leak and oil leak from the blower! Firstly, I was told by the company that the coil needed to be replaced which would be approximately $2,700.00. Then I was told I would need a completely new A/C unit because they were not able to get the coil, as my unit was so old. When I Googled the cost of a "standard" unit replacement it was between $5K-$12k. I'm on a fixed income & let's just say that Cassal Cooling & Heating treated me really well. When I showed Casey what the "company" told me in writing he didn't speak any unkind words, instead he shrugged his shoulders. Cassal is a business with integrity. Thank you!"

"We invited another company to provide an estimate for our A/C's needed repair. They estimated an outrageous amount so we looked for another bid. Mike with Total Air arrived and provided an estimate with detailed explanation of itemized expenses and made the repair in break neck time. Excellent service. "Sometime in August, my old Master cool died; I called around looking for someone who could do the job and finance it, since I was very short on cash. I called several companies listed here, and the prices ranged from $1200 to $2400 for the small (4500 CFM) unit When I called Bruce, he told me he was on his way to Chaparral,NM, But that he would stop by and check it. After he inspected it, he told me that it needed to be replaced.I asked if he financed and he said no, only refrigeration jobs. I told him that I was strapped for money, and wanted to know how much he'll charge just for the installation. I was going to get an Arctic Cool on credit and wanted him to install it. He told me: "Buddy, I have a used Master Cool, the same size as yours, it's used but in good condition. Can you do $700?, I'll install it and guarantee that you'll have no problems" I agree to the price and then he asked me how I cooled my Master bedroom.(a garage conversion). I told him that I only had that one unit to the whole house.He said "There's no way that your bedroom is cool! If you can do $800, I'll get you a 6500 CFM unit. You'll be getting cold with that one." I got the bigger cooler, but about a month later the motor stopped working; I bought a new one but I was unable to install it. I called Bruce, explained to him what happened and the following day he sent his crew to fix it. It turned out that they needed a new pulley and a new V-belt. When my wife asked how much was owed, they said it's nothing. The first time I met Bruce, and told him how much other people were charging; he told me: "Buddy, there's people making a killing in this business, I like to make a living. We are here to help and look after each other, and that's what I do." This man is a walking blessing to those who have had the opportunity to meet him. I will always recommend him to anyone. "My mom’s a/c stopped working right before a heat wave. I contacted Paul at Air Mechanical and he fit us in his schedule immediately. He had to order parts but came by after dark to make the repair so my mom didn’t have to suffer through 100 degree weather in her house. Great customer service! Very reasonable rates too."

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.
