The job went very smoothly and was completed in 3 days. Roofers also removed our old solar panels and kept our yard and driveway free of old shingles and nails. Our metal roof looked beautiful and has a 15 year labor warranty and lifetime warranty on the metal panels. The workers were very friendly and courteous. Shiloh Alvarado and Rocky Mountain Roofing Services replaced our old leaking tar and gravel roof with a new TPO membrane roof. Shiloh was prompt, polite, flexible and available. The work was done in a few days and we are very happy with the results. He even sent a heat-sensing drone up to check the area under the roof for hidden pockets of water. He explained everything carefully and provided us with where he sources his products. His workers were amiable and polite. I would recommend this company to anyone!

They brag about having infrared drone technology to detect leaks. They said they would come by at 10 am the next day to detect leak and discuss replacing the whole roof. They did show up the next day but said that 10 am was too early for the infrared to work properly. So why even come if they knew that the roof had warm up? They tried the drone anyway, but it didn't work. Said that they would come back at 4 pm when the drone was working (battery charge) and after the roof would be warmed by the sun. They never returned, they will not return multiple voice messages asking to return and provide a quote for the full roof replacement. Doubtful that they are really legit. If it is this hard to just get an estimate, they must provide inferior service with the actual work.
