"I had a leaking gutter miter joint 25â off the ground, and they came out sealed the joint. They inspected all the other joints and leak points on the whole house and added sealant to 2 other joints they found an issue with. Sent me pictures of everything they fixed, which was a good feature since I couldnâ t get on the roof to see the problems. The price was reasonable to fix a problem that could cost thousands in deck and siding rot the future. One of the biggest lessons I have learned, is to drain & get the water away from your house, water is one of the most destructive things for a home. About half of our kitchen and half of the utility room had become bowed by water leaking under the floor from a water heater.  We discovered the water heater leak and replaced it, but were not aware of the extent of the problem. No one wanted the job!  It wasn't big enough for them. Ramon Acosta of D&R Services determined the extent of the damage and gave us a fair estimate. His team obtained the floor covering we selected and did a beautiful job of putting it down covering both affected rooms after replacing the floor itself.  There was also damage to a door jam that required additional structural work, which they also handled. They cleaned everything up and left nothing for us to have to do ourselves.
