While they worked steadily on my carpets and floors, they maintained professionalism and never inconvenienced me in any way. I can't say enough about their service and professionalism at all times. I will recommend Master- Tech to anyone and everyone given the opportunity. They are the Best! In a very troubled world where Customer Service is almost obsolete, and you never get to speak to a Person, I found their service refreshing and enlightling. I am 80 years old and have had to call many companies for service over the years. Some of the companies have been very kind and capable, and some have been dissatisfying at best.
