"We can't say enough to express how much we appreciated Kent and the work he did. Our job consisted of not only having 7 regular grab-bars installed but an upgraded toilet assist which consists of two bars that rise AND lower operating independently on each side of the toilet in our guest bathroom. They lower and lift back up to the wall when not needed, and one includes a toilet paper rod to complete it's efficiency. We also had two " Toilevators" brandname, installed under each of our two toilets so that we had our 2 toilets lifted 3" without dealing any longer with those nasty plastic toilet risers that will take urine stains that are impossible to clean. He has a partner that specializes in the toilet jobs. They work together flawlessly. In the middle of ALL this, we had a crisis with my elderly husband who required a two week hospital stay and then "away from home" recovery care, so I was tied up with his care. Kent can be trusted implicitly as I had to arrange a "hide a key" during my husband's crisis, which worked perfectly. He was a Godsend since he performed the complex job flawlessly, in two days, operating when I couldn't be there. He has a great working relationship with his "toilet expert" partner, with Kent being the lead. Kent will be my "GO TO" contractor for any construction job at our house, in the future!!! (p.s. "John and Chris are the best subs that my partner and I have ever worked with. They do not cut corners and won't leave something that does not have a quality look. They recently installed laminate flooring in our whole house, minus the bathrooms. Their sales woman was patient with us as we went back by their shop 3 times to sample different floor types. While they were working on it we let John know we were interested in redesigning our master bathroom and he already had ideas for us as well. They finished up the floor and it looks great. Have gotten a lot of compliments on it already. John and Chris were able to get started on the bathroom right away once the floors were done and got to a good stopping point. It took us a while to get our plumbing and drywall finished but once those were done they came back out and finished the job up quickly. It looks amazing and they did top quality work. My girlfriend loves the bathroom and spends a lot of time in it! We will be recommending East Mountain Flooring to our friends and family and will use them again when we decide to redo our guest bathroom."

"Please by all means necessary run from this business. We had our master bath and some windows done by Eddie and his son Eric with Pure renovations. The shower leaked from the 1st floor to the 2nd and caused water damage to a brand new kitchen. Eddie tried to fix it 4 times but did not know what to do. We had to hire another company and I am suing Eddie and pure renovations. "
