Chris Johnson did a very professional job and he was very punctual and my dirty carpets that consisted of three bedrooms, hallway and my living room came out very nice. I highly recommend Johnson’s custom carpet cleaning service to anyone.

We have put off cleaning our carpets for many reasons. Mainly financial and we are thrilled to have found someone to do business with from now on. We finally found Johnson's Custom Carpet Cleaning through Angie's List and couldn't be happier. From the moment we connected on the phone to the moment we told Chris Johnson goodbye there was a professional yet relaxed camaraderie. We had work to do in another part of our home and felt absolutely comfortable with Chris moving freely about to get his work done. Our carpets look much better and so much better than we could have expected. We even enjoyed conversing with him about one of his children and the fact that my husband was a professor of hers at NMSU. We were pleasantly surprised at how little it costs to clean so much carpet. He was even able to remove some stains that had me convinced we needed to replace our carpet. We have used Chris since 2017, and would never consider using another company to clean our carpets. He is such a professional, and does an excellent job. Mr. Johnson showed up as scheduled, was very friendly but professional. He proceeded to clean the furniture and carpets very methodically. After the cleaning, the doggie stains were gone and the furnature appeared much cleaner than before. The company is family owned with Mr. Johnson and his family actually doing the work.

Mr. Johnson performed the service himself.  He is quite professional and the quality of his work is outstanding. I have used the large companies in the past and have been very disappointed in their service.  This was not the case with Johnson's Custom Carpet Clng, Mr. Johnson removed stains from my carpet that the other services said could not be removed.   I recommend Johnson's without hesitation and will use  again!!
