East Mountain Flooring

John and Chris are the best subs that my partner and I have ever worked with. They do not cut corners and won't leave something that does not have a quality look. They recently installed laminate flooring in our whole house, minus the bathrooms. Their sales woman was patient with us as we went back by their shop 3 times to sample different floor types. While they were working on it we let John know we were interested in redesigning our master bathroom and he already had ideas for us as well. They finished up the floor and it looks great. Have gotten a lot of compliments on it already. John and Chris were able to get started on the bathroom right away once the floors were done and got to a good stopping point. It took us a while to get our plumbing and drywall finished but once those were done they came back out and finished the job up quickly. It looks amazing and they did top quality work. My girlfriend loves the bathroom and spends a lot of time in it! We will be recommending East Mountain Flooring to our friends and family and will use them again when we decide to redo our guest bathroom.

We could not be any happier! John and Chris not only did an outstanding job, but went above and beyond in fixing drain problems done by the original contractor 26 years ago! These hidden problems were not, of course, in the original quote, but were done in a very timely manner and at a VERY fair additional price. Vikki in the showroom was very patient with us, suggesting and showing samples. This company and these people not only have impeccible integrity, but also tremendous expertise in their craft. Add this to a very fair and reasonable price and as far as we are concerned, you need to look no further. Next up - recovering our Living Room floor!

They were awesome! Fast, efficient and completed the work perfectly! We couldn't be happier with the fabulous results! Not only does our carpet look fantastic but all the odors left behind from purchasing a bank owned property are gone! We've also used EMF for bathroom remodel...they transformed an old tired tub/shower into a beautiful walk in shower! The tile work is second to none! We'll use their service when ever we can!

The job went fine, on time and within budget. I now have a lovely master bath that makes me happy and displays John's mastery of tile installation.

The price was very good compared to others we checked. They were able to provide service in just a few days. The seams and edges along the walls were done very well. Only some wrinkling along one edge where a rubber edge was applied. Workers were very pleasant and professional. Only thing, I would have liked for the supervisor to do a final inspection.

Cannot say enough good things about these folks. Their designer has an and quot;eyeand quot; for color, product and design that is impeccable. Their product offerings are superior. Their installation process is beyond description - rarely these days do you find such dedication to the customer and desire to do a job 1000% perfect! They were on time. They were creative. They LISTENED! They offered suggestions. They did superior quality work. It was an experience beyond our dreams and each day we stand in our living room and admire our and quot;newand quot; house! And taking a shower is now being described as and quot;being at a resortand quot;! But again, the most important thing was their total commitment to a please client! That cannot be purchased!
