Very reasonable price, responsive to requests, timely repair, friendly crew, use of drone to see both damage and results of work, and ease of communication with company foreman and owner. Drywall repairs after roof replacement completed made it appear the damage never happened! Very impressive service!

I Received a detailed estimate of the work to be performed and a revised estimate any time we discussed and agreed to any adds. The work was done very much to my satisfaction. All workers were very professional, obviously skilled to do their particular parts, and cleaned up and hauled away all trash and parts removed. I had a wall removed between the dining and living rooms, a dropped ceiling removed in the kitchen, several recessed lights added, and some painting. Jacob Ledesma, contractor, and I believe owner, is a consummate professional. His rates are very fair based on my research and other quotes obtained. I will use this company again for other projects and highly recommend this company

I talked to two other contractors one never met time restrains( two hours late for first meeting no call) and the other contractor told me I was wrong and changed what I wanted and went $10,000 over my budget. Vista Del Sol was right on time sent the quote sooner than promised. They started and finished the job sooner than promised. The supervisor (Jesus) did a great job with materials and schedules. The drywall crew was in and out so fast I almost missed them. Paint crew didn t spill anything and cleaned up spotlessly. The tile team was fantastic, the best I ve ever seen. We love our new bedroom and bathroom.

We have him coming back for other work. Great contractor, did great work. I recommend him.

Jacob and team are very professional and work with you through every step of the process. He stays in constant communication to let you know what and when they will be doing specific tasks. When they say something will happen by date certain it almost always happens on time or before. VDSC hires top notch subs that do excellent work. You may be able to get it done for less but it won't beat the quality of the VDSC team.

Prompt service. Jacob (outstanding customer service) gave the estimate one morning and the repair was done the next day. Jesus, the craftsman, was thorough and removed all the construction debris from the roof repair.
