I was very pleased with Jaime and his crew from Double R, I haven't experienced that kind of Professionalism, work ethic, Honesty, and commitment to doing the job right since I was in the US Army. I would not recommend anyone else but Jaime and the Double R crew if you want a job done right.

Double R Construction, re-screened and painted my wrought iron security doors. The crew were both professional and courteous. Taking great care to eliminate any overspray while painting my doors. This included laying a tarp and a makeshift paint booth. When they were finished they cleaned up their work area with great care. They will be my first call for any future renovations.

We had major stucco damage to an exterior wall that needed to be rebuilt and totally restuccoed, along with other stucco cracks and repairs on the exterior walls and parapets of our house. Double R came in and made the house look like new, repairing damaged window casings and drywall inside, as well affected by the water damage. Then we had the entire house repainted. Each day the crew showed up on time, worked dilligently and professionally, and cleaned up. Everyone in the company that we dealt with was amazing. It was a huge investment and they were understanding of our concerns and always willing to answer questions. They were kind to us and our beloved pet. At the end of the job, Jaime walked through with his guys to point out minor details he wanted completed before turning it over to us. Then he did a final walk-through with us. Jaime had said he not only wanted to be our contractor on this project, but our contractor for life. And he has us sold. Our house looks better than ever and we cannot say enough about our experience with Jaime and the Double R Family.

This last spring we hired Double R to paint the exterior of our house and were so impressed we hired them again to update our kitchen and two baths. We cannot express how good the experience was. Every employee and subs were pleasant and competent and the owners are both genuinely nice guys. all in all we felt we got great value for the cost. Thanks to Luis and everyone for a fine job.

They did a top notch job, turned my dark dungeon of a home to a bright and beautiful home. the guys were very professional, always consulted me on everything, did little modifications that i asked for with out hesitation. left my home clean daily. When they say they will be there at a certain time, they were always early. started and finished the job in the time frame they said they would. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. They did a good job fixing cracks and replacing one and a half walls. The end result was a nice painted house. However, which I haven't called about yet is there are a few cracks that have formed on one wall. They do have a 10 year warranty so I will be calling to have it repaired. Jamie, was nice and considerate. What I appreciate too is they came when they said they would and did the work in a timely manner.

I would highly recommend Double R Construction Company. Jamie was very professional and always responded promptly to our many questions and concerns. The painting and stucco repair crew did an awesome job! All of the workers were very skilled, too. After each day of working, the crew would clean up the yard, if any debris had fallen. The finished outcome of the exterior of our home is worth stopping by to see. With Jamieâ s expertise, we now have a home that will be beautiful for a long time. I strongly recommend NOT hiring Double R Construction (DRC) due to my experience. DRC was hired to complete a fire restoration/gut job/remodel of a single unit in a triplex. Though their website touts being *communication focused* and providing *accurate quotes*, I received neither. DRC managed to create roughly a 60% overage (TENS of thousands of dollars) from the original contract, which as you can imagine created several hardships for myself. DRC over promised and under delivered to the point that I requested they only communicate via email. I could not trust anything they said as well as I needed to constantly refer them back to previous emails when disputes arose. After giving DRC plenty of opportunities and having my second request to go to mediation (to help get accurate updates and pricing) go unanswered, I was forced to seek assistance from an attorney to get this resolved. While this review will surely elicit a response from the company, I would urge anyone looking to work with DRC to request to review the years worth of emails (all, not just their handpicked ones) on this project to understand why I have taken the time to complete a review. Hopefully this will help you come to the conclusion on whether you want to work with a company like this and save you from the nightmare and financial loss I experienced.

Jaime and his crew repaired an outside stucco wall which 1s 40 years old. they did a great job of restoring the wall to its original durability and structural integrity. I've used Double R construction for several jobs, including painting and running an electrical line. they do very good work. I would definitely recommend them as reliable and efficient. You'll like their work.

Double R also did home renovations, electrical and plumbing for me. Jaime and his crew were excellent!! Very professional, pleasant to work with. The quality of the work was outstanding. Would recommend them for any construction/painting needs. Very much worth the cost. Plus, they were here on time every day, and didn't miss a day during the entire project. Can't say enough good things about Jaime and Double R. Thanks guys!!

R&R bid half of other bid, work began a few days later, to rebuild 60ft of a 6ft blick wall that fell. His guys finished in less than 3 days, excellent work, at quoted price. I would hire R&R, for any job (Jaime), R&R, says him &/or his guys says they can do. He's old school, a man of his word.

Jaime & his crew showed up on time and were very professional. They did a great job of prepping for painting and their stucco repair was extremely thorough and very well done. In this time of pandemic, Jaime was very aware of wearing a mask and practiced safe social interaction. I would highly recommend Double R Construction for any paint or stucco work.

Jaime, Luis and their crew were excellent to work with on the stucco repair/re-paint on my home and the installation of a new picture window. Jaime made sure I was completely satisfied with all aspects of the project from paint colors, finishes and overall work quality before he could close out my account. Very professional workmanship. The crew cleaned up at the end of each shift. Job was completed on time as promised with no hidden additional costs. When the job was completed, Jaime came by to inspect the work himself and to see that all final details were completed.

The team painting my parents house were very professional and were very sensitive to working around my 80+ year old parents during this challenging time.
