No half measures. Down to even the Door Jambs and Wall plates. Absolutely over the top! Responsive and helpful. It "only got better" with all the initial patching and then the repairs and color coats and sealing. And Yes, Virginia he did a yeoman's service of protecting everything and cleaning up."

"RJ Handyman is the best! Rafael exceeded all expectations regarding his work. He is thorough, diligent and honest. He repaired a variety of issues in the fixer upper mobile home that I recently purchased. He did these repairs in a timely fashion, for a fair price and did top notch work. He keeps a positive attitude and is so versatile in his skills. I would hire him again in a second!"

"Gus Mendez, the owner, was amazing. This was a very complex project repairing cracks in our living/dining room foundation. More extensive problems were discovered as the original 35 y/o foundation was poorly done. Gus figured it all out, removed the old foundation and the 8" of wet dirt underneath and replaced with 8" gravel, then rebar grid at 12", then new concrete and tile. Gus was a highly creative technical engineer and problem solver, and with a highly artistic/esthetic sense. There was really no one else who could have done this, as the only other company that does this had an insufficient assessment for the bid. See photos for the process and outcome."

"Plaster&Stucco solutions is a great company to hire! They were here on time, worked very hard, didnâ t make a lot of noises and did great work. This was one of the only companyâ s that was wiling to come to my house for a free estimate. They also offer me to do fiberglass netting on the entire walls, what a difference that makes. They cleaned up well and the work was done within 4 days, just like I was promised. Great service overall."

Wall Repair questions, answered by experts

If you've decided you'd like to skip the cost of restoring a brick exterior wall after considering whether you should repair or replace brick on your house, you can consider installing fiber cement siding over brick for a cost of $2 to $6 per square foot. When done properly, cement siding over brick offers a durable, low-maintenance option that can actually reduce your home's energy costs. It's also attractive. However, improper installation or installation over heavily compromised brick can cause water damage.

Yes, you can use cinder blocks for many purposes, including retaining walls, foundations, garage walls, and fences. Building a cinder block retaining wall costs between $60 and $200 per linear foot, including materials and professional labor. For a 30-foot-long retaining wall, the cost ranges from $1,800 to $6,000.

Sand and gravel are two suitable options for filling behind a retaining wall. If you’re building your own retaining wall, you’ll complete this part of the process—known as backfilling—after you finish laying the blocks. Make sure not to skip it—otherwise, you could wind up with drainage issues, which can cause your retaining wall to collapse.

Proper design and construction prevent erosion and add structural stability to landscapes.

Through proper drainage solutions and compacting the foundation soil.
