"We hired Antonio about 2 years ago. His work was fine, but he was inconsistent in his communication, and unreliable about showing up when he said he would. He also refused to out us on a regular schedule, and instructed us to just call him, but then he did not return calls. We ended up hiring another company. This morning he was doing work for a neighbor at 7:30 a.m., and blocking our shared 1-lane road. I asked if he could pull his truck over so I could pass, and he was rude and dismissive. My husband came out and Antonio (the owner) became aggressive with him and screamed â  just go around!â  (There absolutely was not room). This person is unprofessIonal, rude, and aggressive."

"Walter and his crew are fantastic. The are the ultimate in Professionalism and customer service. There was no charge to provide me and estimate and he began work on August 13th 2025 and completed the work on the 14th before noon. I know nothing about sprinkler systems; he explained everything to my understanding and completed the work efficiently. He left my yard in the condition it was before he started. No one can tell work was even done on my yard. Left no Trace."

Topsoil should go down first. If the topsoil is next to your house, make sure the grade slopes away from the house to keep water from pooling against your foundation and possibly leaking into your basement or crawl space. Wood from black walnut, magnolia, eucalyptus, red maple, and invasive species like tree of heaven are not recommended for mulching. These trees release allelochemicals that can suppress plant growth. Some homeowners, however, use wood from these trees for mulching if it is less potent due to age or concentration, or if the plants are not as sensitive to them.
