Ryan showed up on time and on budget. He did a fantastic job. My wife and I are so pleased. I will use him again.

Ryan and his crew did do much work, and they did it well. Their service was reasonable and affordable. I plan to keep contact with them for seasonal work. Excellent service! I highly recommend them.

Ryan is responsive to get the job and timely to start it. That is all that was good about the experience. He stated he preferred to be paid in cash and added on sales tax. I requested to have an invoice since I am a business owner and need it for accounting purposes. I paid him cash and requested to have the invoice emailed to me. As soon as he got his money, he stopped responding to messages. Part of his quote was to spray weed killer over all areas he weeded. He did not do that and that was an extra cost I paid for. When my husband went through the back gate (that he used) it was pushed through and not working anymore. I would not recommend him for future work.

Ryan and his crew were great! Ryan came out right away to give an estimate and was available to get starred the same week! I had a massive job for them to do. Great communication and professionalism. They were fast and efficient as well. I will definitely use him again!!

Ryan did a great job. It was better than I anticipated. He was earlier than scheduled which I was wary about due to my neighbors. Overall very happy with how fast and professional he was. He actually shakes your hand which people don't do anymore...tradition and respect speaks volumes and goes a long way in my book. I will hire him again. He actually gives on-site free estimates which people don't seem to do anymore either which is a shame. He was taught correct. Thank you, Ryan. Very much appreciate you and your efforts. Remember to give receipts though, please.

Ryan responded quickly. He was available the following week. He eliminated unwanted weeds and grasses and moved a large pile of gravel and spread a large pile of wood chips. After those chores he swept everything including my outdoor fireplace. He and his helper Michelle did a great job and I will hire them again in the spring.

Ryan and his assistant got the job done quickly and on short notice. Relieved to have the yard cleared and the bushes, other plants trimmed!

They were fast and easy to work with

I was very disappointed, the job was expensive and the work was not completed.

Ryan started out great. He came out quickly and provided an estimate. The estimate was $300 more than I had ever paid for the same job in the past, but he was prompt and seemed thorough and had availability quickly. He said the "whole yard clean up; of both front and back yards would take a whole day, and that we did not need to be home during the work; that payment would be OK after inspection of the finished job. He and his team arrived on time to start the job. I was already at work the day they came and had explained that I work 3 days/nights straight, and would not be available during that time. Ryan starting texting and requesting payment about 2 hours into the job. He also pointed out things that we had not discussed(clearing weeds in the alley adjacent to the yard) but that it could be done for an additional $150. I declined and said that my husband would be home to pay them when he was off work that afternoon, as agreed on. He continued to text saying that Venmo could be used and that he has send pics of the completed job because they were finished. Everything took only 2.5 hours and he wanted payment immediately. At lunch, my husband inspected the pics and sent payment. When I arrived home from work, I saw several items that were not completed as agreed to, texted Ryan to ask if has not come out and complete the agreed to job. He texted that I was contacting 3 days later, and I should not cry about little details when he already undercharged me and we did not discuss the specific items I was mentioning (grass versus ornamental grass). He said he would come out to take care of the things for a service fee because it had already been 3 days since the job was done. I declined, as he had already shown himself to be completely unprofessional and impolite to a paid-in-full customer. He definitely does not cater to a customer or try to have repeat business. The work that was done was decent. Some of it was good. Not a lot of attention to detail or actually "cleaning up," but I'm grateful that my yard is not as big of a mess as it started. Overall, there is no professionalism, but decent work. Next time I hire someone, I suppose a detailed itemized list would be helpful for both parties, but that was not offered.
