"Abraham gave us an estimate in February which was lower than one of the big fence companies. Due to the whole Covid thing, they were backed up with work until May. In the end, I’m glad we waited. They removed an old chain link fence and replaced it with a 6ft. cedar fence. The fence was done with galvanized screws instead of nail gun and we chose pipe instead of 4x4 wood for uprights. This fence will last a long time."

"We initially interviewed 3 companies for estimates on what we wanted done and their process for the work involved. After meeting with all three we decided to go with Just Stucco & Windows. They weren't the least expensive but James Rooks left us with a great impression of his abilities and knowledge of delivering a quality product. James kept us advised of slight changes in the scheduled work due to weather and answered any questions we had about the process in a very timely manner. Once the project started the crew arrived on time every day and completed each step, from prepping the property to the finished coat in a timely manner. They kept the area neat and cleaned up after themselves. The finished product is beautiful. The attention to detail is apparent, no errant color splashes, all fixtures reinstalled properly. We highly recommend James and the whole crew from Just Stucco."

"Steve Savage was the Sales Manager and the initial point of contact.  He developed the cost estimate, the contract, and scheduled the start of the job. Steve was professional and easy to work with.
The crew that performed the work were two highly experienced and skilled craftsmen.  Jay Adams and Miguel (sorry I have forgotten Miguel's last name) were the two members of the work crew. They arrived at 8:45 am each morning and were on the job until approximately 5pm each day.  Jay would let me know what they planned to do each day and you could depend on it being done by the end of the day.   Half way through the job, the company that supplied the Sto Elastomeric material to Reule laid off the temporary employee who had developed the receipe for the color formulation of the final color coat.  That individual did not leave a copy of the receipe with the supplier and Jay spent a day working with the replacement at the supplier to develop the correct color mixture.  That experience with a less skilled crew chief could have resulted in a color mismatch. As it turned out you can not identify any difference in color on any of the exterior walls.
I had selected Reule Sun Corporation for this job based on the reputation of Jay Adams.  I knew of other jobs that he had successfully completed in the neighborhood.
It has been over 9 months since our house was completed and it looks like they had just finished it.
If I ever need any additional stucco work, I will contract with Reule Sun Corporation and request that Jay Adams be the crew chief.

Fencing questions, answered by experts

You shouldn’t try to touch the electric fence, as it will shock you. Typically, the shock is low enough to be uncomfortable to humans or animals that come into contact with the fence. But an electric fence with high voltage, or a faulty fence, could shock you and cause serious injuries when touched.

Goats need at least 250 square feet of space each, but that’s if you’re also supplementing hay. Since goats are social animals, you’ll want to avoid renting only one goat, which would take a long time to clear your land, anyway. Instead, opt for at least two goats per 500 square feet of land. Most rental companies will only rent out goats by the acre, but check your local goat rental companies to see if they make exceptions.

Yes, installing wrought iron fencing will usually require a building permit, as do all types of fencing. Building permits for wrought iron fencing typically cost between $150 and $500, and the price will vary based on where you live and how much your local building department charges. You may also need to pay for a property survey if you’re installing wrought iron fencing on your property line. This type of survey can cost around $500, but it prevents issues with building on neighboring properties, which can be much more expensive in the long run.

In most cases, installing a vinyl fence will increase your property value. Not only do buyers typically like the appearance of vinyl fences, but they will also recognize that it adds security and privacy to your home and yard, which can also mean greater peace of mind and enjoyment of the space. Vinyl fences can also improve your home’s curb appeal, attracting more buyers and potentially offering more for your home.

The most common type of metal fence today is one made of either steel or aluminum. These materials are relatively easy to fabricate, making them much more cost-effective than traditional metal fencing handmade from wrought iron. They’re also much lighter and easier to install, contributing to their affordability and making them more DIY-friendly.
