Each cooler was thoroughly cleaned and each cooling zone was tested for functionality and comfort. Additionally, they troubleshot and repaired one of the radiant floor heating zones that had continued to operate at a high temperature even when turned down to the lowest level. This was significant because a previous mechanical contractor had been unable to resolve this problem, which meant that this particular zone of the house always remained uncomfortably warm. I called at 7:30AM (while other similar companies were closed) and was able to schedule 9AM service for the same day.

The technician called before coming and arrived on time. He correctly diagnosed the problem as a clogged water drain pipe. To access the full drain path he had to cut the pipe. He subsequently reconstructed it so that it would be more readily serviceable in the future. In addition to clearing the clogged line he also insulated the furnace where it was leaking cold air.

I was very impressed that he was able not only to fix the leak, but to improve the serviceability and air flow efficiency of the furnace. All of this was accomplished within hours of when the appointment was made.

With the Angies List discount the cost was less than what other non-discount providing contractors would have charged. I would not hesitate to use this service again in the future.
