"It went perfect. When I first called I was looking to have radiant barrier done. They took the time to explain issues they had noticed with radiant barrier and advise to go with blown in insulation even though it was less expensive. They could had just sold me the more expensive radiant barrier and I would have never known about the issues. Nice to know there are still honest contractors out there. They even helped with my CPS rebate. They were on time and when they finished they not only cleaned up but left the area cleaner than it was before they started. Would 100% hire them again."

 we called Startech Heating &ac the morning on Nov.19th to replace our worn out 36 year old furnace. At 3pm that same day,Daniel & Saul came over to start working on the job. We were told by the office person that they found out I was disabled with COPD and wanted to install the furnace as soon as they could.So that afternoon,within 2 and 1/2 hours they had everything out and had cleaned the work area.The next morning,the 20th,Daniel & Saul were back and with no hemming around went right to work installing the new furnace and ductwork. They were extremely proficient in there work,veryquiet,polite and pleasant to deal with.again,they cleaned up after themselves and put every thing back in its place. My husband and I were extremelypleased how fast and profrssional they did

"MARC JONES CONSTRUCTION TEAM  ARRIVED ON SCHEDULE AND INSTALLED THE SOLAR ARRAY OVER TWO DAYS.  ON MONDAY, WE HAD INSPECTION AND A FEW DAYS LATER THE ATTIC WAS INSULATED WITH FOAM TO REDUCE HEAT LOAD ON AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM.  EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTHLY EXCEPT FOR INADVERTANTLY UNPLUGGING THE SYSTEM CIRCUITBREAKER DURING THE FOAMING OPERATIO.

"Roberto was the technician and he was very professional, polite, and personable. He inspected the rest of our system and told us things that needed to be changed or repaired. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then. So he just finished the vent cleaning and left his card. He did a great job on the vent cleaning and was happy with the work."
