"I got approximately six estimates for a conversion from swamp cooler to refridgerated air. Louis Procter from Startech was the cheapest estimate we received, and compared to some it was a LOT cheaper. It was such a good deal I thought it was too good to be true so I threw a barrage of questions at Louis to validate his company's reliability. Louis is very professional and reliable. He would always answer my calls or return my calls immediately if I missed him. If anything goes wrong I know I can rely on him to honor his work and take care of me.
