"Knightâ s Painting Gary Knight and his team did a magnificent job in painting our entire home and making many needed repairs to the underlying stucco. We had high expectations for Gary Knight and his team, and those expectations were very much exceeded. These folks are truly well skilled professionals. Some detailsâ ¦ The time had come to give our 3700 sf Las Cruces home of 10 years some well-deserved TLC â its stucco needed repairing in several locations, it had some water damage to its entry way and to its rear patio ceiling, there was an old and unused utility box that needed to be covered up, and there was severe damage to a canale over the garage and to the garage ceiling below it. We solicited several bids for the entire project and after interviewing the prospective candidates, we chose Knightâ s Painting. We had seen Knightâ s Painting signs on various projects in the area and we knew of other serious and capable competitors. We knew little about Knightâ s Painting other than some favorable reviews and accompanying photos and we were wondering how they would handle a large project like ours. Gary Knightâ s bid wasnâ t the cheapest, but we felt that he was offering by far the best value for our money â and time has shown our expectations to be well founded. Day to dayâ ¦ Garyâ s team of about 15 people showed up at 07:00 sharp on the first day of the project and did so every day thereafter. They obviously had the people, the skills, the tools, and the leadership needed to do a thorough and professional job. The team members were always very friendly, respectful, and helpful. Gary had an assigned project manager for the job and Gary himself was often personally on the job to assess progress and to occasionally pitch in to assist on a task. I must add that Gary and his project manager have a real eye for detail, and they took on many small important tasks that were not specifically called out in the Knightâ s bid. Management and leadershipâ ¦ Overall, we are well pleased with the magnificent results of the makeover on our 24-year-old home. But such results on a large project like ours do not come about without some excellent and very capable management and leadership at the top. Gary showed all of that and the results on our home are clear evidence of that!"

"Juan Carlos and his team painted my house and trim this week and accomplished the task in the time estimated with minimal delays. They provided a timely estimate and I selected them based on my interraction with the owner and the details he provided as to what would be done and in what time frame. They started the project a week ago today and finished in the week they proposed even though we lost a day due to rain. They arrived at the agreed upon time on day 1 and every day thereafter. The quality of the work is exceptional and the team accomplished the work because of their timeliness, industriousness, and dedication. The team are all very young, but are extremely efficient and hard working. As stated, they were always on time and exhibited a great attitude at any and all tiimes. They reacted to problems or issues with alacrity and worked extremely hard during their time on site. I am extremely pleased with the results and would recommend them for and type of painting."
