"Joe. who installed the floor in the kitchen, came over the Sat before, to drop off supplies and check out the floor. On the installation day, after he ripped up the flooring in the kitchen/ dining area he said that we did need additional work done to even the floor. After discussing it with Sue ,he added another layer of plywood and made the floor even. This was all done the first day. Joe and his helper cleaned up and returned the next day to install. Joe also installed new molding in the kitchen and bedroom. A week later Tony installed the carpet in the bedroom. The floor and the carpet look beautiful. Joe, Tony and Joe's helper were very professional and cleaned up after they were finished. We had an extra expense due the uneven floor, but it was worth it for the results. Sue was great in helping us to decide what we needed and called us after each job to see how things went. i would definitely use her company again. Thanks Sue."

They were very worn and full of (pet) stains throughout. While the quote from 3M was slightly higher than another quote I got, they were available when I needed them. Marcelo and his crew did a FANTASTIC job! The floors look amazing. They also put oak hardwood in the master bedroom and hallway that had been there when built but replaced by previous owners with cheap snap flooring in a hideous color. "The sales representative who came to my house was great. He was knowledgable, professional, and answered all my questions. There was less than expected communication with me during the ordering and receiving of the materials. It would have been nice to hear updates or have some contact while I waited for the materials to come in. The installers were great! Very mindful of my new floors and treated my home with respect. I ordered them food and encouraged them to take a break and drink coffee / water. I was disappointed to see sloppy trim work and the shower head leaked. However when the glass doors were installed (on a different day) that installer informed me the first shower head was broken and he had it replaced with a new one. Overall I love the new look of my bathroom. I’m still upset with the trim work because it feels sloppy and I am paying a lot for the overall project."
