Josh could have very easily exploited our ignorance and suggested a solution purely beneficial to his company that may not have addressed the underlying cause of the problem. Instead, he demonstrated his integrity by realistically assessing the situation even if it would jeopardize the sale. "Recently we hired Ardmore to replace the glass in 2 of our skylights and install a new storm door. Other than rain delays the skylights were installed in less than 2 hours as Ardmore sent 2 crews for the installation. They even came inside to vacuum any debris that might have fallen into the house during the installation. (5 out of 5). The installation of the storm doors was different. It took over 10 hours for 2 men to finish the installation which I felt was excessive and felt they didn't do the installation correctly. The difference between a good company and a better company is how well they fix a problem and to this point they are doing a better job. When I called to complain the scheduler immediately suggested they send out someone to inspect the work and within 3 days someone came out and fixed 2 out of the 3 problems and said someone would be calling me and ordering a replacement part to fix the 3rd problem"

"I called around 9:30 AM Friday and someone immediately answered. I was given a number to send a photo of the window for an estimate and an appointment was scheduled for 2:30-3:30 that afternoon. Communication was great, we did everything via text, and they even let me know when the technician was on his way. Rick arrived at around 2:30 wearing a mask and was done in less than an hour. They were very accommodating, professional, and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them and hire again. Oh, and do yourself a favor and call the number listed here instead of going through Angi's List "Request a Quote" option which is unreliable IMO. I tried that first on Thursday, waited 24 hours to see if I would get a response, and only got an email from HomeAdvisors which is now teamed up with AL. Just go straight to the source."

"predatory sales person. lied to me to run my credit, he made me think this was direct financing, i found out within 3 days it was not. i tried to cancel, they took the call, said o.k. but kept calling me to schedule window installation. now they are suing me to force me to allow them to install there windows. this place is disgusting"
