"The sales representative who came to my house was great. He was knowledgable, professional, and answered all my questions. There was less than expected communication with me during the ordering and receiving of the materials. It would have been nice to hear updates or have some contact while I waited for the materials to come in. The installers were great! Very mindful of my new floors and treated my home with respect. I ordered them food and encouraged them to take a break and drink coffee / water. I was disappointed to see sloppy trim work and the shower head leaked. However when the glass doors were installed (on a different day) that installer informed me the first shower head was broken and he had it replaced with a new one. Overall I love the new look of my bathroom. I’m still upset with the trim work because it feels sloppy and I am paying a lot for the overall project."

Greg gave me a very reasonable price on a list of about 15 things that included putting down a vinyl floor in the laundry room, painting over wallpaper in the bathroom, repairing a basement water leak, and fixing some garage weather stripping. He ended up being in the house a bit over two weeks in total, and was a pleasure to have working there. He was very reliable, always cleaned up at the end of the day, and everything he worked on came out great. I would definitely hire him again for anything I needed in the house!"

"I'm thrilled. The sales-rep/designer had really good design software to create a design so that I could see it while he was still on-site. It took us about two hours to come up with a design that worked, agree on scope of work (I also asked for plaster-repair and painting), select colors and materials, and finalize the work. The painter did his work in a few hours, with the installers arriving the next day after the paint dried. They too were done in a matter of 2-3 hours. All workmen were courteous and left the space very clean. It looks great and with materials that will likely stand the test of time without warping or separating (no cheap pressed composites). Everything now has its place, ending the clutter battle in my dressing room. I'd consider using them again if we need other spaces reconfigured."
