Floor Install Systems

Jack responded promptly to my inquiry. When I had to postpone my install due to a family health issue, Jack & Andrea were accommodating and the job was done later. The two installers answered my questions, listened to what I wanted, and did a quality job. And...the total cost was less than another estimate I got.

Wonderful. The floor looks beautiful. The installer did a great job. No mess was left. Absolutely satisfied customer.

The project went great from initial contact to completion. The crew was courteous, polite, and worked tirelessly to complete in one day instead of day and half. When completed, everything was cleaned up and trash taken away. The floor and moulding look great! We would definitely recommend based on our experience.

I cannot give a stronger ‘NO! I would not recommend this company!’. The president of this company, Jackson Dalton is the most dishonest, unprofessional low life that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. After his company botched the install of my flooring, he assessed the damage, stood in my house, looked me in the eye, committed to rectifying the damage, and then drove off in his $120,000 car to fraudulently deny my claim behind my back. This left me to deal with the costs of the flooring, the laughable “professional install”, and the more than $1,100 in damages that he caused. I had a licensed general contractor trace the damage to the installation. Do yourself a HUGE favor and not do business with this company.

Incredibly well! Jack assessed the project, provided a detailed contract by email and within several weeks the project was completed beyond my expectations. Matt personally performed the surface prep and tile work. It was a pleasure to deal with him. He was especially knowledgeable about the specific materials needed for my situation unlike the other contractors I spoke with. He is a true craftsman who takes enormous pride in his work. In addition, he was punctual, neat and removed all debris when the job was finished.

Very well. It still looks great eight months later. Jack was very patient to come out for estimates several times and to help me to decide what to do. Very nice people.

Had floor stairs & hallway done April 15 Installer did not have all material that was on the contract the threshold for top step Was missing if I was told this I would have not let them do the hallway and have them come back and do the job correct as this looks awful .....installer and also Jack promised they would come back and fix the top step which now has to be a bullnose put on the top step since the hallway is done I even asked him to send me the piece and I would try to get someone to finish it but he assured me that he would come back ...... It is now almost 3 months and Jack hasn't sent anyone to fix this as he has promised to do ! I was stupid and should have not paid the balance until the job was done right but I really thought Jack would stand by his work that is why I waited to give the company a review Advice to others go with a big company that will stand by their work .....very disappointed in Floor install systems

Excellent Job.

The whole project went great. I had a few estimates from other companies that wanted to charge me for every extra. Jack, the president of the company, gave me a set price with no hidden fees. The day of the install, the crew came in, everything went well, and there were no issues. All the trash was removed and my 650 sq/ft basement was done in 8 hours.

Jack's initial communication was great. We scheduled to replace my basement flooring after a water heater flooding. I bought all of the materials for the flooring. Jack had his team replace and install bamboo flooring. They did a great job with everything. In my closet, it looks like we ran out of wood. So I had to reorder one more box of wood. A week and half later, once the wood arrived and acclimated to the environment, Jack's team came back and finished the job. Overall great job.

Lower cost but too much work on my end and poor service. Jack does not do measuring pre-job - rather asks that you get specs through Home Depot. I did this and Home Depot mis-measured, so there wasn't sufficient materials to finish job 100%. Jack told me if I purchased extra materials, then he'd send out someone to finish the job. He did not honor this agreement, as everything we did was over the phone and not contractual like you get with more professional contractors/businesses. I got a good price - Jack was able to get nice discount on materials - but lots of legwork on my end and it was 95% done in the end... and I have at least 2-3 squeaky floorboards after a year, which Jack assured me would not happen when he was installing. Overall, I would have given an A or B if job was finished - i could live with okay work if it was 100% completed... but it was not.

Jack's team showed up when scheduled and went right to work ripping out the old and cleaning the area. They then installed the new tiles amazingly fast. When they left at the end of the first day everything was done except the grouting and replacing appliances and doors. They cleaned everything up so well that you couldn't tell there had been anything done.

Great. We are very happy with the finished product.

I needed to have my floors replaced in a home I bought and needed it done pretty quickly. Jack was responsive and did everything very quickly before I moved in. I get a lot of compliments on the floors, and his estimate was $2000 less than the lowest estimate I got from other companies.

This is the second time I have used these guys. I would not hesitate to use them again. Jack came out for an estimate and was right on time. He sent me a very good estimate, so we decided to go ahead with the job. They showed up on time, did an excellent job, cleaned up, and left. What more could you ask for? Oh, and the installer had a suggestion about adding some extra material behind the kick plate to make the floating floor look better. Many other contractors should take a lesson from these guys. Good price, great work, on time! Perfect!

Jack and his team replaced our floors in the kitchen and bathroom and it looks great! Jack was very knowledgeable and helpful with all of the questions we had. Him and his team were very professional and we highly recommend them!

Everything went great! Jack was prompt and professional and he came in with a very competitive bid. The work went very well. The installers came as scheduled and finished on time and the floor looks phenomenal. I would definitely hire Floor Install Systems again and I recommend them highly!

Jack and his team were excellent. They were on time and finished when they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves, moved furniture and put everything back the way they found it. They paid attention to detail and did a great job. I would use them again and plan to when we re-do our basement and second floor. The price was right on budget.

I had picked out the flooring I wanted from the flooring store and Jack was able to get me a better price on the same flooring and then installed it quickly. Everything went smoothly (despite Jack having to endure a problem with my building's security staff which he handled with great patience) and the newly installed floors are beautiful! I would definitely hire Jack and his team again.

Jack was conscientious,prompt,very competitively priced,and made sure the job was done perfect. Also very knowledgeable about other projects I was doing myself. I 'll definitely use again when needed.
