Carpet buckled after 1 year

One young man replaced disgusting, badly stained carpet with vinyl flooring in our spare bedroom. He arrived on time, got right to work moving the heavier pieces of furniture out of his way and removed the old carpet. I'm very satisfied with his work. The floor looks GREAT! He cleaned up after himself and returned heavier pieces of furniture to their appropriate spots. In total this took about 3 hours. Granted, the room is small, but I was impressed with how quickly he got the job done!

Only a sales person arrived to give us an estimate. He was very personable, but we later thought as a salesman he wasn?t as informed as to the work involved as we needed. When the workers arrived they immediately saw that the job could not be accomplished as described. Our house is very old and the floors are uneven and presented problems with the plan of action described. They immediately left without explaining any other options. On a positive note, our deposit was returned in a timely manner and anyone we spoke with were courteous and professional.

They put down the floors quickly with only a few minor problems with furniture moving and door scoring, our hall closet door had to be shaved down and rehung. The material is beautiful and looks wonderful in our home. They were professional and I am so sorry that we didn’t have bottled water for them.

Had to have them come back twice to fix loose boards, and now the piece that transitions from the wood to the tile is cracked? but we are past warranty so we are just dealing with it until it becomes a problem or we replace the whole floor again.

We got vinyl flooring in our kitchen and the entrance to our basement. As well as carpeting done in the rest of the basement. Both installations work great and were done in a timely fashion. Our sales rep Michelle was fantastic and very helpful.

These carpets are horrific quality. I can feel the tac strips pushing into my skin and my Children s!! the customer service (Liam & Larry) offered us $250 of hush money to keep reviews offline and not to tell anyone about this issue. HA! extremely overpriced, feels like we are walking on straw. I would never recommend this company to anyone and highly recommend you go somewhere else. we also got lied to and told the carpet would not be much different than another one we had but this carpet is like the worst of the worse! A few months ago we used them and paid less money for a much better quality carpet. When asked why we paid $700 more for the same amount or less carpet than last time for a carpet that feels like complete garbage they could not give me an answer. No reimbursement for the damage to our feet &skin after having stepped on multiple nails/tags either. Disgusting. This is the empire today of Philadelphia
