I would not hesitate for a nano second to use him again on my next project. I am a certified construction management professional on large commercial projects, so I know what I'm talking about!! I am not you're not typical homeowner looking for home improvement services. You cannot afford NOT to use Sam!! Great Job Sam!

I had to do the flooring for my foyer, kitchen and two bathrooms and was considering a few contractors. I cannot be any happier that I went with Sam. While the other contractors gave me an exorbitant quote or ‘too good to be true’ quote, Sam was the one who gave me a realistic one. The project involved ripping out the vinyl flooring, install cement boards, followed by tiling. Sam and Bjorn worked together and completed the entire project in a little over 5 days. There was some finish-up at the bathroom and Sam came back the following Friday and completed it to our satisfaction. They took care of removal of debris too. Everything they did was as per what they committed to and it was carried out flawlessly to a Tee. I have to do my master bathroom and guess who I would go with!

Sam did an excellent at job retiling my bathroom. I have an older home where the old tile was set in concrete. He had to demo all the tile and concrete off the walls and inside the shower, then install cement board to mount the new tile on. The finish job came out looking beautiful, and I'm very pleased with the quality of work that went into this job.
