Juan was also very flexible allowing us the time that we needed to complete various phases of the basement finishing project in between what he and his crew had to do. My wife and I changed several aspects of the project and Juan was able to accommodate those changes on the fly. We saved thousands of dollars by using Juan and lost nothing on the quality of work.
