"The men arrived on time. The original assessment was that the interior wall would have to be cut open and wainscoting removed then replaced in order to access the pipes. However they first tried to remove the faucet from the outside wall and were able to do so. The faucet was replaced at minimal cost and in a short period of time. "Joe was professional and let me know what he was going to do. After he left the problem area has been fine..no leaking, no worries. His price seemed reasonable and it was nothing compared to Horizon (stay away from them!). I have had different plumbers "fix" this issue and they keep leaving me with a problem not solved. I felt fine when he left, fine now, and i haven't thought twice about the price. I am not worried about anymore dripping! Finally! I would use him again and I would recommend him."

"We had a flood in our basement and Mike found the issue was a snapped pipe coming out of the house. He used the camera and showed me exactly where the break was. He had to get an excavator out to dig up and replace the broken line. He did such a great job that you couldn't even tell the lawn had been dug up. Mike also found an issue with the original catch being installed improperly which he just turned around for us. I would highly recommend Mike for any repairs, he seems to be a perfectionist which I appreciate because you know the job will be done right!"
