"I contacted the company through Angie's list and they responded immediately. They came the next day and worked with me on a plan and a quote. They gave me a date. They took care of everything (e.g., building permit) and arrived on the given date. The crew introduced themselves and explained what they were going to do. They cleaned up and you can't tell anyone was there. My lawn looks untouched but the watering is nearly perfect! They thoroughly explained the system controller so I understand the program and can easily modify it when I need to. I expected a lot from them and they exceeded my expectations. I will use them for regular maintenance, too. (Winterize and spring activation)"

"Definitely a good job for the price and they came on dates and times as announced! They know what they are doing. Until the contract was signed they also replied immediately and we did fair negotiations. Me personally, I would like to have also a bit more pro-active communication after the contract was signed. Some examples: 1. I had to confirm with them the day before if they still come as discussed earlier 2. A partial payment was agreed after day 1 and although I even asked the day after proactive to get the invoice but didnâ t get it. Only got the total invoice after the entire job was done. 3. After signing the contract I sent an email with technical questions which remained unanswered. Even after contacting them by phone and afterwards resending that mentioned email no reply. 4. Same after the installation as there was a wiring issue with a flow meter. They said, they will check with the supplier to fix that but after not hearing anything from them after two days I made my own research and did the wiring by myself and send them over the link. Me personally, since I am also working in Sales for B2B goods I would like to have more communication since the above mentioned topics are nothing difficult to do but it gives the client a better feeling! The lawn was a little destroyed after the job but I donâ t blame the company for it as it was raining heavily the two weeks before doing the job and all was muddy in my backyard. Big plus for them besides the price is also that they use an accounting program with web interface, so that scheduling, invoicing and payment can be done online and you can go into your account and pull out e.g. old invoices! I also like that they are a very small company and are therefore focused on getting contracts and jobs done. Like this pricing is super fair and negotiable compared to bigger companies who also do commercial landscaping, etc. where then private clients are only in the second row. And most important: I did like their job they did! On time and when they were delayed they informed upfront and I was surprised how quick this was done! Besides the customer relationship management can be a bit improved after they got the contract I highly recommend Joey and his team!"

"The service for the big deal from Pennygreen for 149 for lawn aeration was real good. Everything was fine. They showed up on time. They did the job. It looked good. There were no additional costs. They charged exactly what they said they would charge you. The pricing is definitely an 'A' because I have another landscaping service that I have been using for other things but their price for aeration was way too high. They just recently quoted me again and knocked like 90 dollars off and they are still way too high. I know that it was a special and maybe not the ongoing rate but either way it was very good."

"Unquestionably the best pricing around. Joe and his crew were extremely thorough and meticulous about type of/position of sprinklers to best care for my lawn. I asked Joe to come back to install a pool drainage line that runs to the street. They did a great job with that as well. Once both project were done the crew did a great job of repositioning the disturbed lawn areas to minimize dead grass spots. Highly recommend."

"Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done. "The service was scheduled twice after they did not show the first time at the appointed hour. The second day, they came, but about 2-3 hours later than planned. The 2 man crew worked hard and put in more time than the deal I purchased required, but the work was not especially good. My hedge is ragged and uneven, and the shrub trimming was uneven and will have to be corrected by me. Clean up was promised, and I do have about 10 huge black bags of debris to dispose of (deal does not include taking away the debris), but I also have a large pile of clippings that were not bagged, and an area of the front lawn that was not raked or cleaned up at all. I will have to even up the trimming myself, and clean up the areas left undone. The guys were hard working and the boss was friendly and apologetic about the hedge condition, but it seems that they don't really know how to do this work."
