"Cid and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. They worked hard daily, tarting at 6:30am till 5:00pm and completed sanding, polishing also installing new hard floors as well as luxury vinyl floors for 6 Bedrooms, Living Room. Dining Room, Kitchen and Bathrooms. Took them less than 2 weeks to complete the Project. My wife and I are very satisfied with the performance mance and professionalism they have shown. Great Job!!"

"It looked like new after they weaved in the pieces of wood, and then they sanded it down to a blonde color, and stained it a light walnut... We went with the satin finish because I think floors look terrible with high glass, and it looks absolutely brand new... The guys were amazing to work with.... And yes if I do the upstairs bedrooms with the hardwood floors, I am definitely calling them back. I'm teetering with the fact of putting carpet upstairs in the bedrooms but we'll see if I keep the hardwood, the floors are not in great shape look wise, so in the event I don't carpet...I'm 100% calling them back ... they were very reasonable with their pricing as well, and they were on time.... And finished in a very timely fashion...they were also very helpful moving stuff around for us....."

"Had an excellent experience. Needed floors redone in my living room and they came out quickly for an estimate and kept in regular contact by text throughout the process. Prices were very reasonable and we are thrilled with how our floors look. Highly recommend."

Floor Sanding questions, answered by experts

Land survey reports have a boatload of information relevant to several scenarios. Here are the types of information contained with a survey, though it depends on your chosen type of land survey. Exact boundaries and dimensions of a given property General topography, including both natural and artificial landmarks Location of utility fixtures, like water mains Confirmation of any easements or encroachments on a piece of property Assessment of land elevation to buy flood insurance Updated information to add to a pre-existing property map

Pros will assess your soil type, property geography, and rain patterns for optimal slope.

Building a road on a slope requires careful planning and will normally require a drainage system underneath to prevent flooding and damage to the road over time. Your professional may lengthen your road to create switchbacks if the slope directly to your home is too steep, as there are regulations for maximum road slope. The drainage system will help prevent runoff from the higher side of the slope from damaging the asphalt or concrete. Keep in mind that building a road on a slope isn’t a good DIY project, as a lot can go wrong.

Land surveys are worth it in several scenarios including selling your home, building an addition, constructing a fence, or making major changes to your landscape. A professional land survey can help you avoid legal issues with your neighbors and confirm the value of your property. In many cases, you may be required to order a land survey to receive a construction permit or mortgage loan.

You can’t build on undeveloped land without preparing it for construction, which involves running utilities to the site or accounting for private utilities like wells and septic systems and grading and compacting the soil for safe construction. Once you prepare the land, you can build on it as long as the project abides by local zoning regulations.
