"Darryl arrive on time and completed a thorough cleaning of our tile in kitchen, laundry and mud rooms.  Floors looked so great, that I requested he also include our sunroom.  The floors looked so fresh and new that my husband wasn't sure it was the same house! I would absolutely recommend Darryl and would use him again.

"This the second time we've had Sue and her associates out to clean our home.  Sue & her two associated arrived on time with equipment in hand. They cleaned the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathrooms, two bedrooms, downstairs family room and husband's cave. This included washing the baseboards, dusting, wet-mopping, vacuuming and cleaning blinds & shades. They were very pleasant and easy to work with.  They did an excellent job & I won't hesitate to call them for a third time.

"Van was very quick and responsive.   The whole process took 3 days.  We were very satisfied with the service in the beginning.  I need to mention that our floors were in horrible shape with multiple holes throughout the house.  He closed the holes and did patching work. But after the job was done and we got into the house we noticed a number of issues.  Living room floor had some areas where the polish wasn't spread evenly and it dried out in lumps. It looked like somebody spilled something on our floors (it was basically lumps of dry polish).
Upstairs floors were not evenly sanded and we still have large cracks between the boards that were not filled in.   Some parts are still pretty rough that i scratched my feel just by walking on the floor.  I must admit that the floors were in had condition,  and seemed like Van's crew didn't want to take their time to fix some old boards.
Price was good and he was very quick, but I am not sure if I will hire him again.  I might do it if I have better floors to begin with.

"As a person whos works in the service industry I can say Frank was exceptional to work with. He returned calls and texts promptly, Listened to my concerns and followed up on a "30 min heads-up" text as to when he was arriving. Everyone including Frank was warm, professional, extremely respectful and thorough. We had pet stains that were visible on our carpets and within 2 hours everything came out uniform and clean. We moved all the loose items to make it easy for them but Frank found a few other things that were touching the floor and took it upon himself to fold them out of the way until the project was done. We highly recommend Frank and his crew and will surely call upon him again forany other cleaning services"
