He called us three days later and said they could come out the next day.  the installation took a day and a half and they did a very professional job. the installers moved all the furniture, cleaned up nicely and took the old carpet to the dumpster.  I would recommend this company to anyone. "the installers were polite, however not very good at "finishing". The areas around the base of the railing and hallway were raggedy along with   Cutouts for the air condition floor vents were ragged and 2 of the 3 vents were dented during installation so that made it hard to put back in the vent covers, we had to hammer them back in. Had my handrail up the rail painted 3 weeks before the install and had a hard time bringing in a 15' piece of carpet it so it rubbed off some of the paint on my handrail."
