"I was very impressed overall with Knable Carpets.  They came out on a Sunday morning for an estimate, and were right on time (actually a couple minutes early!).  Mr. Knable was very professional and friendly. his pricing was very reasonable and he estimated that the carpeting would be installed within a week to ten days, which was fine. He called us three days later and said they could come out the next day.  the installation took a day and a half and they did a very professional job. the installers moved all the furniture, cleaned up nicely and took the old carpet to the dumpster.  I would recommend this company to anyone. "the installers were polite, however not very good at "finishing". The areas around the base of the railing and hallway were raggedy along with   Cutouts for the air condition floor vents were ragged and 2 of the 3 vents were dented during installation so that made it hard to put back in the vent covers, we had to hammer them back in. Had my handrail up the rail painted 3 weeks before the install and had a hard time bringing in a 15' piece of carpet it so it rubbed off some of the paint on my handrail."

"I was referred by a girlfriend of mine who said that they did really nice work at a reasonable cost. I called them and they came out right away with samples and everything. The salesman was really nice and walked me through all the steps and even took time to help me pick out something that would look good in the bedroom. Once we agreed on the price, which was cheaper than our first estimate, I gave a deposit and they ordered the carpet. It took about a week and a half to come in, but once it did we were ready to go. The salesman communicated the whole way through giving updates and being very meticulous about the details. once we were scheduled they called the night before to make sure that we would be ready and they showed up the next day early and ready to work. The installers were courteous and very professional they moved all of our furniture from the girls room and were very careful not to damage anything. They worked through most of the morning into the afternoon never really bothering us at all and completed their job vacuumed and put all of the furniture back. The carpet looks beautiful and even a week or so later still looks fabulous with no problems. They even gave us a courtesy call after the job was done to see if we were satisfied and to make sure that there were no problems. All in all it was a great experience from beginning to end, I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends or family
