"Everything went great! From the estimate to completion, I could not have asked for a better experience with this project. David, the owner, came out to do the estimate. He was courteous and knowledgeable and explained the process to us so that we understood it. He also identified the type of wood that we had, something no other company told us. The estimate came out a touch higher than the other guys, but we had more confidence in using this company based on the initial estimate process. As for the work, Oscar and his team did a great job! They moved our furniture with care and put it where we asked them to. They were punctual and on schedule throughout the whole process. They were courteous and very easy to deal with. They took the time to make sure we we were happy with how the floors were looming and asked us if we wanted to add items, such as a block of wood that transitions the wood floor to our slider and to rooms with carpeting. The job was about 1,700 SF, and it was done in one week as promised while I was home taking care of my 3 boys!
