"Santos was very professional, personable, expedient and efficient. He explained why the carpet was buckling and explained what he would do to rectify it. "The carpet looks good. The installers did a good job. They also cut the bottom of some doors due to the carpet rubbing on the bottom of the door. This cost extra and was paid directly to the installers. Both Bogart Carpet and the installers were easy to work with. They kept commitments on scheduling."

"Nelson and his wife came at the time expected, went right to work after I accepted their quote and did excellent work. The carpet was re-stretched to eliminate a crease in the middle of the room. They moved all the furniture necessary , vacuumed afterward and put the furniture back afterward. All in a short time. It looks great!!!"
