"Thank you so very much! Every project is important to me and I appreciate every review! :) If you need me in the future, please let me know."
"Thank you so much! I'll be here should you need me! :)"
"Thank you so very much! Such a great piece. To replace would have 3-4 times the cost to get the same quality. They just don't make them like they used to. If you need us again, please let us know."
"You are very welcome. It's always upsetting to hear about a contractor that doesn't " do the right thing". It makes it harder for the rest of us. I would rather lose a project and gain a customer for future needs. We do so many different things...it's usually just a matter of time before someone needs us for a project that we are more than happy to help with. Thank you for the kind words."
"Thank you so much for the kind review. I look forward to working with you in the future."
"Thank you so much! I am sorry that I couldn't help on this project and that the claim avenue didn't work out. Please keep me in mind for any future projects. I appreciate the review, even though I couldn't help you. Reviews are how a little business like mine stays in business."
"Hi [Member Name Removed], Angie's List doesn't notify me when I receive a review. Thank you so much! I truly appreciate it. :) Diane"

"Thank you so much for the review. The A-List site has been undergoing changes and I was never notified of your review. I always respond in a timely fashion. I am so sorry. I just happened to be on the site and saw yours and several others. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you again. :) I know that the full kitchen cabinet stripping and refinishing wasn't in your budget. The good and the bad thing about having a large kitchen is that you have tons of storage and work surfaces, but it can be more costly to service. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you again. :)"

perfectionist. Diane is the consummate professional and she has this down to a science. She explains exactly what she is going to do, gives you a checklist (in writing) of everything she is going to do, including anything that needs to be done prior to the job. There is no confusion on the project and you know exactly what to expect and when to expect it. She schedules a specific time that the work will be performed and she is punctual and meets the time frame. Diane gave us an estimate of the project with a min/max price (in our case, a $500 range). She did run into some additional difficulties with our job (as can happen with this type of work), but the final billing was still within her original estimate. The work is excellent, professional, and without any surprises. Well, the only surprise may be how truly good the work is. It is top notch, high end, and professional work.
Also note, if you are redoing your kitchen, as we did, refinishing the cabinets to a "new" condition costs significantly less than buying new cabinets. In our case, the cabinets were structurally sound they just had 20+ years of being used in a kitchen.
We highly recommend the Diane Civiletti and the Carriage House II. She does not disappoint. We have already emailed Diane for a fourth job to refinish a kitchen table that has great sentimental value to us. It was my parent's table and they are no longer with us. It needs refinished and I have absolutely no hesitation to let Diane perform her craft on this irreplaceable piece of furniture.
"Thank you so much for the very kind, generous and detailed review. This information is so helpful to any new, potential client. You are both a pleasure to work with and I look forward to any project you may need my help with in the future. Your kitchen project will be featured on my company's Facebook page too!! Thank you again!"
The condition of the furniture we gave Carriage House was terrible. Had it not been in my husbands family forever it would have made a great bonfire!
When we saw it coming into our home this morning both of our jaws hit the floor. These people are true craftsmen. What was once destined for the trash is now proudly displayed in our home.
I truly don't know how they did it. They worked on the 2 side tables for almost a year (they were that bad)
All I can say is that they were lovingly restored. Diane and her team love what they do and it shows.
I would recommend them and I will use them again.

"Thank you so much. You were a pleasure to work with and I look forward to the opportunity to do business together again."
"Thank you so much for the kind review. I feel terrible that I can't help you with the project. You are not the only person from the Philly area to recently contact me. I emailed my sales rep with Angie's List to let her know (don't know if it will make a difference). I don't ever like to tell someone that I can't help them. I hope that you can find someone local to your area to help you."
