Once Dave diagnosed my hvac issues he thoroughly reviewed my different options.....including pricing, recommendations and timing to complete the job. Dave didn t try to sell me nice to haves ... but did take the time to explain all the pros and cons. In the end I have a family member who is in the biz .... and also knew my hvac unit. My cousin corroborated all of Dave s recommendations including the final cost of the job. No Issues!!!!! If I could have given more than 5 stars to reflect my overall user experience, I would have."
