It turned out that the "French drains" were a trench at the edges of the basement and a sump pump. The drains were not piped to the sump pump. Arid is going to install new one on Friday."

"These guys could not be more terrific! They were able to diagnose a problem that no other waterproofing could. American A-1 was here 5 minutes and they knew exactly what our problem was.
