He patiently answered my many questions, walked me through why we needed two new units (instead of repairing our old ones) and worked well and efficiently. It was painful to have to pay that much money at once for a furnace and a boiler, but Mo made it as positive an experience as it could have been. Technician showed up promptly and got the furnace operating but could not get heat into the house. Had to reschedule to have zone valves replaced. Technician show up late and didn't have the required parts. Had to reschedule again.
The third technician showed up on time with all the correct parts and worked most of the day to get the system operating properly.
He was completely knowledgeable and very conciencious that everything was working correctly.
