Sokol and his team were amazing! We had a flat roof on a commercial building that was leaking. They found all of the issues and took care of the roof, plus sealed windows, repaired masonry, and replaced dry wall that had water damage. The crew couldn't have been any more professional. How nice it is to still find honest people out there!

Top Roofing did a great job replacing my gutters with new ones and bringing down my 125 yr old chimney and building me a new one. The project was difficult because my house is three stories high in an urban setting. The work was well done and reasonably priced.

Everything went wrong! Sonny, aka Elson, from Top Roof, who is very inexperienced. Sonny not only misdiagnosed my leak but refused to honor his warranty. He replaced my chimney flashing, which was not the cause of the leak and as a result, many of my slate tiles had to be unnecessarily replaced (I provided those tiles). I asked Sonny why he had not inspected the leak issue more carefully and that he was not there to supervise his workers. His explanation was chimney flashing is the most common leak issue; that seems to me his diagnostic is probability-based rather than examining the actual roof itself. I thought he would come back and fix the issue as he was very pleasant when I met him for the initial job quote. Instead of honoring his warranty, he said he couldnâ t fix the leak for â free.â Sonny failed to understand that I had already paid him thousands of dollars for a job I didnâ t need in the first place. I would stay away from Sonny and Top Roof. What good is a roofing company that misdiagnosed your leak and would not honor its warranty? I still have the same leak today at the same spots, that should not happen after you hired a professional roofer.

After a bad experience with a roofer previously, I tried once again. This time receiving several bids on repairing a leaky roof. Top Roofing had the most reasonable price by far, a little more higher than the lowest bid. But I chose them because their estimator was very thorough in describing the problem, showing me cellphone photos of the situation, and their written follow up bid was detailed as to what they proposed as the fix. The work which covered 500 sq. ft. of underlying cover and tile replacement was done in one day by a couple laborers. They were very professional and diligent. Started at 8 a.m and finished a little after 4 p.m. I waited for a rainstorm before submitting this review and am pleased to report that the work was everything I had hoped it would be. Finally, we are dry inside.

Facing replacing the shingles on my roof was a new adventure for me. Top Roofing was most helpful in explaining the procedure and followed through on every detail. They are most professional and knowledgeable and the job was performed timely, efficiently and with very minimal inconvenience. The workers were fast and efficient and cleaned up amazingly thorough. The old shingles had to be removed, plywood placed before the new shinlges were installed. It made for a lot of hard work and created a bit of a mess. However my yard, patio and pool area was in perfect condition at the completion of the job. They even crawled under the bushes to gather and remove any fallen material. The support from them was professional and timely when questions arose. Only minutes passed before a call or email was returned with answers to my inquiries. 100% recommend Top Roofing to anyone.

What an awesome experience. From the intial quote to the completed project, I was completely satisfied. Any issues that came up were addressed, explained and handled immediately. The Supervisor, BENNIE was very knowledgeable and uber responsive. I really appreciated his hands-on oversight and attention to detail throughout the project. He was a God-send. My finished project is absolutely beautiful. His team was professional, courteous and friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them workers and the staff. GREAT JOB BENNIE and the entire team.!!!

They were professional and finished the work in a few hours. They came the same day I called an gave an estimate and put the gutters in the next day.

Hired to fix my gutter that was damaged when another company removed a tree. He was extremely fair and showed up when he said he would. The only issue, and I don't even know if it's an issue, is that the pitch of the gutter looks off, but he indicated it's ok and we haven't gotten a lot of rain yet, so I can't confirm.

I am very pleased with the new roof that this companyinstalled on my house. They were very professional from the beginning. They walked me through the process to work with the insurance company, and made the claim completely simple. I only paid for my deductible, and they volunteered to give me a discount to put their sign in my yard. New roof is great, and will be a giant selling point when we sell our house. I could not be any happier with them!

I wanted to take a moment and share my experience with Top Roofing. I had 4 different sale consultants come out to my house and quote me on a roof. The owner was the ONLY one that went into our attic! He was very up front and honest. Because of the character and knowledge he showed me; I, without hesitation chose to give my business to them.

They showed up on time. Completed the work in a timely fashion. Kept me updated about what was going on while the work was being done. Area was cleaned up nicely. Job was started less than three weeks after signing the contract. Very happy with the way the new roof looks.

The contractor was very prompt and very good communicator. He gave me options for materials to control the cost of the repair. He kept his appointment and completed the work promptly. We were able to solve and negotiate any misunderstandings. He cares for his business and will not abandon the client.

They responded to me very quickly. I felt confident that the recommended repair to my roof was correct - another company that I got an estimate from said the same thing, but wanted to rope me into roof maintenance which was much, much more costly. They were able to come the next day and began the work early, finishing before noon. They were very courteous and knowledgeable.

The technician found exactly where the leak was coming from. They fixed it promptly and efficiently. YAY! No more leak. I am so happy with their work. I will recommend them to all i meet. Thank you so much guys you did a great job!
