"Kyle and Justin installed a new 75 gallon water heater in my home this past week. The job was extensive due to need to remove incorrect pvc piping then install proper grade pvc to meet code. In addition they replaced and re install rigid piping for gas lines that apparently builder had not done correctly (shorts cuts!) this was also verified by another plumbing contractor of which we brought in for an estimate. At 6:30pm Arctic Air Conditioning contacted me, had me take photos of my broken hot water heater. 15 minutes later, Katie from Arctic called me back with a more than fair price and worked her magic to get me an install for Sunday 2/27/22 at 2pm. Alex from Arctic arrived Sunday around 2pm and started the project. Elijah from Arctic arrived 45 minutes later and by 6pm ( 24 hours after my initial call) we had a new hot water heater up and running.
