"I left a voicemail for Jason and he called me back very fast. He was able to come over within a day or two and take a look at the job and gave me a great quote over email a day or two later. He replaced the dryer vent over the 2nd floor master bathroom in which a bird had flown in and created a nest with eggs and was making a ruckus with its chirping. Since then we finally have peace and quiet. Also for my front door, I had a storm door handle that was hitting my newly installed electronic deadbolt on the front door and both the front door and storm door couldn't be closed at the same time. Jason was able to perfectly push out the framing which finally allowed for both the front door and storm door to be closed at the same time. Jason also painted the framing to blend it into the front door and the previous framing with no spills or staining. He was very courteous and prompt. When an issue with the storm door lock came up, he came over that weekend and fixed it and it now works perfectly."

Similarly - ignoring the manufacturer's installation manual - he shows up with the wrong duct size for the kitchen exhaust. It must be embarrassing to face criticism from a homeowner, who seems to know more, or care more about things getting done right.
