I can't say it enough FABULOUS!FABULOUS! Don't let QuRan Olford youthful looks and his sparse crew scare you. When I saw them, I thought, what did I get myself into. QuRan saw the skepticism in my face and said we really do good work. Under statement. They took 94 year old plaster walls that were crumbling down and brought my walls up to date. QuRan and his team worked with perciseness. At the beginning and end of every installment they ask if there were any questions or concerns about the repairs

Qu'Ran was able to give me an estimate for the project broken down by each room. I had an old house with significant plaster damage in most rooms and he was very knowledgeable and gave me advice on my various options. We ended up putting drywall over all the plaster and everyone who came to do the work was very professional and they got the job done in the time frame promised. It looked beautiful in the end and was all ready for me to paint.

From start to finish, I was impressed with the skill and speed of work being performed. Top quality work, cleaned up and took care of the tenants property. A+++ will hire again.

I contacted Olford Construction to repair the drywall caused by a water leak in the ceiling. The plumber had to cut a hole in the ceiling to reach the damaged pipe. Quran Olford, the contractor, was excellent. He arrived punctually as we had discussed. Mr. Olford repaired the drywall, sanded and painted the ENTIRE ceiling area. The work was done to perfection and at a very reasonable cost! Another contractor had quoted me three times more! Quran was very neat, no paint drippings and left my home clean. I appreciated his attention to details. To repair the drywall and paint; Quran had to remove a ceiling light. He carefully replaced it. He respected my home ad property!Quran Olford is professional, personable and punctual. He completed the project on schedule and on budget! Contacted Olford Construction by phone,made an appointment to view the damage. Qu’Ran Olford quoted a reasonable cost estimate, explained the work to be done, supplied a start date, arrived on time, completed the work and cleaned the work area on agreed time. Workman ship and attention to detail was excellent. Am very satisfied with the drywall and painting of the ceiling. I highly recommend using Olford Construction for any drywall work.

Renovation of dining room/kitchen. Common wall between kitchen /dining rooms was removed opening up the area to a 29 x 12 new kitchen open space. Quaran was excellent in his presentation and gave us a highly professional job. We were on a tight schedule and he came thru. I would hire him any time!
